The following refund and return policies apply only to the P.E.T.S. Web Store products. Purchases and services made at the clinic in Wichita Falls, Texas, should be handled either in person or over the phone at the clinic.


P.E.T.S. Web Store Return Policy

The following policies only include the items actually sold on our website store. Products sold on other sites from other businesses are directed by shipping, return, exchange terms, and all other policies as decided upon by those separate business.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, please email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.


Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.

Returned by Customer & Exchanges

Customers are required to contact us at [email protected] before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Due to our on-demand printing procedures size exchanges are not available. A new order, at your expense, would need to be placed for an updated size.

P.E.T.S. Web Store Refund Policy

We are happy to work with you on issues involving exchanges or replacement products due to our error. In these cases, we will ensure your order is correctly fulfilled. Due to the nature of our work, and our non-profit status, we hope you understand that we cannot offer refunds as all money received goes to two places: 1. price of the item and printing and 2. our nonprofit animal welfare budget.
